William Henry “Bill” Gates III or Bill Gates is one of the most influential and richest people in the world. He was born on October 28, 1955 in Seattle (Washington State). His grandfather on his mother’s side, G.W. Maxwell was Vice President of the National Bank. His father Williams was a respected lawyer, and mother Mary Maxwell Gates worked for the Directors of the First Interstate Bank. He was born as a middle child and has two sisters, Kristianne and Libby.
As the teenager, Bill was very shy, he was interested in computers, mathematics and other natural sciences despite the desire of his parents to become a lawyer. He attended a prestigious private school in Seattle, Lexington. Bill was introduced with computers for the first time at the Mike Club where the school rented time on the computers of General Elektrics.
